concerning ethics
The editorial board is not given access to any of the information provided with your submission. For contests, the Fiction Warehouse uses a blind-submission process whereby an associate editor is the only person privy to your information. this editor does not have a say in the editorial board's process. Where possible, the editorial board tries to provide an unbiased opinion that will help the author in creating the best literary fiction possible.
Good luck.
