Fiction Warehouse reserves the right to do many things, not least of which are: choose the sole winner of Fiction Warehouse's short story contest, [ the hypnologic experiment 2.1 ], and pay this winner a minimum of $100 (US). Winner will be chosen out of all entries into the contest. Winner determined by Fiction Warehouse's managing editor. Any leftover proceeds from reading fees shall be returned to Fiction Warehouse for use in future contests. All stories shall be previously unpublished works of the author's own creation. Winning entry becomes property of Fiction Warehouse.

By submitting an entry to any contest that Fiction Warehouse holds, you are agreeing to follow these guidelines, and to allow Fiction Warehouse to have exclusive rights to said entry. All decisions concerning this contest are final.
